Luxury golf course living has never been more achievable
In the coming weeks Rawcorp is set to release their next development 76 architecturally designed apartments ‘Fairview Residences’ to the market at one of Australia’s most prestigious resort golf courses, The Glades, after an expression of interest campaign was launched last weekend.
Fairview will be one of the city’s only new residential medium rise apartment projects to be built on a Golf Course.
The seven level development was revealed at the 13th Australian Property Expo (APE) last weekend at the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Three deposits were taken on the pre-release apartments with over Twenty registrations of interest.
Fairview will be built on a 2865sqm site located on Glades Drive in Robina and will comprise a mix of two and three bedroom apartments with a roof terrace, swimming pool, gym and is located next door to the Glades Country club and Viva Café and Bar.
Marketing Projects SEQ Managing Director Kyia Anderson, who has been appointed to market the apartments, said the level of interest received at the expo reinforced the demand for high quality, competitively priced property in the Robina area.
“With vacancy rates in the immediate area sitting at 1.2 per cent, Fairview presents buyers with a rare and valuable opportunity to buy into a brand new, well located apartment project in a tightly held region.
“The apartments offer a sound investment opportunity for investors, looking for property in a popular, area, with easy access to public transport, education facilities and lifestyle amenities. Fairview is also highly appealing to owner-occupiers looking to downsize or get into their first property.
“With prices starting from just $399,000, luxury golf course living has never been more achievable.”
First home buyers can take advantage of the Queensland First Home Owners’ Grant, giving them a $20,000 helping hand as well as no stamp duty up to $500,000. Ms Anderson says the apartments also appeal to empty nesters and retirees transitioning from the family home.
“Designed by AGA Architects, the apartments offer beautiful floor plan layouts and spacious balconies overlooking the water and rolling fairways or out to the hinterland,” she said.
“The interiors are both modern and homely with stone bench tops and classic finishes.”
Fairview is Rawcorp’s second development to be released at The Glades since November and Rawcorp Special Projects Manager Dan Rogers says the level of interest in Eagle Terraces has validated Rawcorp’s enthusiasm in The Glades precinct.
“Robina has a strong history of investment performance and growth, and with significant development both planned and underway, along with significant population growth projected over the coming years the outlook for prospective buyers is extremely positive,” he said.
“Fairview is positioned to showcase the best Robina has to offer, with convenient access to the major employment nodes and the suburb’s major infrastructure, with the added benefit of being right on the golf course.
“There is a profound sense of community and security at The Glades and Fairview has been designed to complement the existing residences and blend seamlessly into the picturesque surrounds.”
Located adjacent to the Pacific Motorway, The Glades is close to Robina Town Centre, the Robina railway station, with proximity to numerous public and private schools.
